All exercises that are incomplete & have an empty result weight and result rep
All lifts <= 80% of 1RM are rounded down to nearest possible weight
Arabesque - bb are plate weights, all other arabesque excercises are whole numbers
Back extension exercises are either whole numbers or plate weights
All chain exercises are plate weights minus the 32kg chains
All prowler exercises are plate weights minus the 57.5kg prowler
All torsonator exercises are plate weights minus the 20kg torsonator set up
All kb|db and squat lateral exercises can be plate weights or an even weight
All Chin Up weights are either 3kg, 5kg or an even weight (Chins are rounded to an even weight)
All Kettle Bell (kb) and `trunk - suitcase carry` exercises must have even weight inputed (multiple of 2)
All other exercises must be a multiple of 2.5kg (plate weights)
